All begins with mindset



The most overlooked, yet crucial part of your transformation journey. You need to find your WHY, and be brutally honest with yourself. You really have to go beyond the superficial reasons, and dig deep. Your WHY might changes or evolve over time and this is okay and part of your journey, but at this moment you need to understand how does your current body and lifestyle makes you feel. This will be your motivation, and this step will ensure your won’t quit.



Nutrition and diet awareness



To have a complete body transformation during the eight weeks, you need to create healthy eating habits. Yes, the small habits add up overtime and will lead you to be consistent and succeed. Most people take their food without being aware of their nutritional content, and their body ends up being deprived of some essential nutrients, while consuming calories in access. Track your progress



It’s essential to track your progress, because let’s face it seeing and feeling how your body and mindset changes is the best motivation. In the challenge, I have built in not only physical strength tracker, but also a special mindset tracker questionnaire that will help you measure your progress.
