I used to be called puffed rice

I wasn’t always 'fit and strong’, rather chubby, and of course, people did let me know by calling me “puffed rice”. At some point, I actually stopped eating in public, because I was worried that people will think ‘here we go that’s the reason she’s chubby’ or ‘she should stop eating.’ I’m smiling today and doesn’t bother me, but that time it made me extremely insecure.

Lost, irritated, misinformed

Years ago, I was at the same place you may be standing right now; insecure, frustrated, lost, misinformed. I was the first to quit, always making excuses 'I have no time' 'I'm too tired' 'I have to work' ....and ultimately always giving up before I had the chance to change.


The shift happened on my first obstacle race where I miserably failed every single obstacle... Being confronted with all of my failures made me feel awwwwful about myself.


And so, I knew I needed to take a different approach. But HOW?!  asked myself. I dove headfirst into research studying books on exercise, performance, nutrition, and learned to understand the power of changing habits. That led me to realize the change had to come from within, because I have the key to make my goals happen. No meal plan or exercise routine can replace the positive force in me that believes in myself and sets a path for success.

I put my thoughts into action, I dug deep and confronted myself with past failures, personal relationships, and my relationship with food. 


Results came and I had achieved confidence like never before becoming a Spartan obstacle competitor, certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist and thus, Occupation: STRONG was born.

I am determined to save others from misinformation and the endless search for programs and diets that simply don't work because they don't help you address the root problem -- which cannot be done by a one seize-fits-all approach.


I'm here to show you that radiating energy, confidence, self-belief, and sexy, fit body is achievable for anyone willing to put in the work!

I became Spartan obstacle race competitor and certified personal trainer & nutritionist


I've never ever thought it's possible: due to my training, I’m able to compete amongst the world’s most determined and strongest people.


I have also taken my learning to the next level and I became certified personal trainer and nutritionist.


I tore my ACL...

I was playing soccer when I tore my ACL in my left knee. Surgery, crutches and months of physical therapy followed. During my recovery, I found out that I got injured because I didn’t have a strong foundation (despite I have been training for a while). I made my mission to change how I train to avoid future injuries.


My injury taught me that NOTHING can be taken for granted in life. Having a 'come back stronger' attitude, I created a training regimen filled with functional movements, core training, and balance-improving exercises. This new training elevated my fitness level. I wasn’t just looking fit but my strength increased tremendously. I felt the benefits of my new training inside and outside of the gym. I use this simple and effective training method to get my clients results that they have never thought can be achieved.

You don’t have to spend hours with measuring food and counting macros either, and you certainly don’t have to quit eating what you love!

Your program does not exist until you come on board because I don't use templates and cookie-cutter methods. The plan we create together starts and ends with you, you're the engine and I'm the vehicle. I will be there for you every step of the way, support you while also hold you accountable, so you start seeing results fast.
