21-DAY CORE HABIT CHALLENGE SERIES

WHAT IS THE 21-DAY CORE HABIT CHALLENGE SERIES?

In the 21-Day Core Habit Challenges we are controlling for all the common mistakes that people make when they want abs, so you won’t make them.

I bring logic and structure to your ab training that will actually get you results.

 

You are going to achieve that by getting in to the habits of structured core training. We aim to form a new habit based on what we know from research, that the 21 days period allows us to actually implement changes to habits. If we can do something for 21 days, we can see changes.

 

So even if you begin with a higher body fat level, you are going to start to adopt a new way of eating paired up with the ability to stick to this routine for 21 days. This will get you on the right track and allows you to make a change.

IF YOU ARE MAKING ANY OF THESE MISTAKES, THEN THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU

Don’t train your abs enough.

Ignore the anatomy and functionality of the core muscles.

Don’t support your training with good nutrition.

Not training abs consistently.

WHAT RESULTS YOU CAN EXPECT?

HOW TO GET STARTED WITH THE CHALLENGE?

You can start out with 21-Day Core Habit 1 and work your way up to the 21-Day Core Habit 3 challenge, taking a few days break in between. Each challenge gets progressively harder. They all take 7-10 minutes to complete.

 

If you already have a core routine in place, but want to improve aesthetics and functionality of your midsection, you can jump into any of the 3 challenges.

21-Day Core Habit 1 challenge is designed to fit beginner-intermediate levels. We are using the failure method that will challenge you at your very own level. It means that you perform an exercise until muscular failure (you can not execute another one with proper form).

 

In the next 21 days you will be training your abs every day. You will be doing exact same workout for the entire 3 weeks. This help you to measure your progress and to stick to the routine day after day.

 

Parallel to getting you "six-pack", you'll also learn how to successfully make exercise a habit. In every challenge, I will give a key element to work on.
